DESCRIPTION:
Tifft style 8 day, weight brass movement patent or banjo clock or timepiece, c1850
CONDITION:
Rosewood grain painted case in original finish. The numbers on the dial have been somewhat poorly repainted. The hands may not be original as these are the type you would find on a Connecticut shelf clock. The wood baffles have been replaced. The two tablets while old maybe replacements.
